The Department of Optoelectronic Physics has 15 faculty members, including 3 professors, 6 associate professors and 6 lecturers. There are 11 teachers as Master Supervisors and the proportion of teachers with doctor degree reaches 100%. The teachers are active in academic research and have presided over a number of National Natural Science Foundation projects and provincial and ministerial projects. With rich teaching experience, we have won many honors in teaching competitions at all levels. Young teachers actively visit famous overseas universities and maintain close cooperation and academic exchanges with physics, optoinformatics, and other disciplines. The Department of Optoelectronic Physics is composed of young and middle-aged teachers with international vision, advanced knowledge of physical theory, optical engineering, and information engineering. The undergraduate program Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering is a science major with the intersection of optical engineering, physics, and electronic technology, which cultivates students with a solid mathematical foundation and professional ability in optoelectronics.
