To ensure fairness and smooth financial management, the Organizing Committee has established the following refund and cancellation policy for all registered participants.


1. General Conditions

All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat via email (icota2026@163.com).


Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.


2. Refund Deadlines

(a) Cancellations received on or before 27 March 2026: 100% refund minus administrative/transaction fees.


(b) Cancellations received from 28 March 2026 to 3 April 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee minus administrative/transaction fees.


(c) No refund will be issued after 4 April 2026.


3. Substitution of Attendees


Registered participants may nominate a replacement from the same institution at no additional cost.


Substitution requests must be emailed to the Secretariat (icota2026@163.com) before 3 April 2026.


After this date, substitutions may not be guaranteed due to badge printing and logistics.
