From October 20 to 22, the fifth seminar of the Ministry of Education's "Virtual Teaching and Research Laboratory of Data Computing and Application" was held in Shijiazhuang, the theme of which was "Curriculum Construction of Data Computing and Application". Dr. Zhou Jing from the School of Mathematics, Physics and Statistics was invited to make a report on behalf of SUES, which was titled as "Construction and Exploration of the course of Advanced Algebra and Analytic Geometry".
Dr. Jing Zhou shared the experience from three aspects: introduction of course orientation, exploration of course construction and thinking of teaching materials construction. She demonstrated the achievements of our university's curriculum construction through teaching introduction, syllabus, teaching courseware, exercise book, casebook of applications, casebook of the course on the ideological and political dimension, experimental guidebook as well as guiding disciplinary competitions, which was recognized by the experts and teachers attending the meeting and had a warm response.
Through the sharing of curriculum construction, the School of Mathematics, Physics and Statistics has continuously promoted the construction of the virtual teaching and research laboratory of the data computing and application with other universities in China.
