The Department of University Mathematics has 25 faculty members, including 2 professors, 11 associate professors and 12 lecturers. There are 16 teachers with doctor's degree, 9 teachers with master's degree. Our faculty members have rich teaching experience, dedication, and the courage to forge ahead. Our department opens entry-level mathematical classes for undergraduates, including Advanced Mathematics A, Advanced Mathematics B, Advanced Mathematics C, Advanced Mathematics D, Linear Algebra, Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, senior-level mathematical classes for undergraduates, including Complex Functions and Integral Transformations and Calculation Methods, and master level classes, including Matrix Theory, Matrix Theory and Its Application in Engineering, Mathematical Statistics and etc. Our teachers guide students to participate in the National College Student Mathematical Modeling Contest and win a number of national awards and the instructors have been recognized as excellent instructors.
