After completing the registration, the website will automatically send you a receipt.

Payment remarks:

• One registration gives the right to participate in one person.

• The above-given registration fees are without tax (Hors-taxes).

• Master and PhD students are requested to firstly send us their evidence of their academic status via email to dhongzeng@163.com and cc goc2025sues@163.com. After verification, you will be able to register.

• After you have completed the registration form, please transfer RMB to the designated RMB account. Please be sure to write "GOC2025 + Name + Phone Number (or Email)" in the bank note, as only the registrant will be able to attend the conference. To ensure your successful registration, please send a copy of your transfer receipt to dhongzeng@163.com and cc goc2025sues@163.com. Once we receive the payment, we will promptly verify the payment and issue a receipt.

• For overseas participants, if visa is required, please contact goc2025sues@163.com for   invitation letter.

• For any registration problems, e.g., changing a Standard registration to a Student registration or vice versa, please email us at dhongzeng@163.com.

• Cancellations (refund) are not allowed.
