In order to further strengthen the awareness of laboratory safety, popularize the knowledge of laboratory safety, stimulate the enthusiasm of learning laboratory safety knowledge, and improve the laboratory safety skills, the Physics Experimental Center held an advocacy meeting of "2023 Laboratory Safety Knowledge Contest for Shanghai University students" on September 27th. All teachers of Physics Experimental Center attended the meeting, and Prof. Gao Ya, the Director of the Center hosted the meeting.

Prof. Gao first emphasized the importance of laboratory safety, and all the teachers discussed about how to develop the activity plan for the laboratory safety. At the same time, teachers of the Physics Experimental Center actively publicized the Contest to the students of various majors before the class, encouraging them to register for the quiz and contribute to the laboratory safety.
