Recently, the evaluation results of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects in 2022 were announced. Our school has been approved with 1 NSFC general project and 2 NSFC youth projects, with a total fund of 1.05 million yuan. In addition, teachers of the school participated in 2 projects approved by the National Natural Science Foundation.
Associate Professor Zhou Yu was approved the general project by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Approval number: 12271344). His project is titled "Representation theory of set-valued and metric-preserved mappings of Banach spaces" (direct funding: 450,000 yuan). Dr. Han Jingqi was awarded the youth project by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Approval number: 12201393). Her project title is "Asymptotic behavior of some fractional stochastic (partial) differential equations driven by fractional Brownian motion and related topics" (direct funding: 300,000 yuan). Dr. Gao Xuerui was approved the youth project by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Approval number: 12201394). Her project name is "Studies on the low-rank sparse matrix regularization optimizationmodels and algorithms based on non-convex hybrid regularization terms" (direct funding: 300,000 yuan). In addition, Professor Yin Zhixiang and Dr. Wu Jihui participated in 2 general projects.
In recent years, the University has attached great importance to scientific research, issued a series of scientific research documents, and constantly established and improved the sustainable scientific research support policy system and operation mechanism which are compatible with the development of the university, so as to encourage the teachers to actively invest in scientific research. The School of Mathematics, Physics and Statistics also attaches great importance to the declaration of National Natural Science Foundation of China, actively carries out organized scientific research activities so as to make the quantity and quality of the declaration to a new level.
