Since the university launched online teaching, teachers of School of Mathematics, Physics and Statistics have been busy with an online teaching schedule, which includes 19 undergraduate and graduate mathematical courses, 125 classes and 12,873 students. This year, students will take classes in their dormitories, which is different from that of 2020. Helping students overcome the impact of the epidemic has become the primary task of the teachers in the early days of class.

In order to make students have a better online learning experience and reduce the gap between offline and online, teachers of our school acted quickly and discussed countermeasures actively. Teaching teams sacrificed their rest time to update various course materials on the basis of existing online teaching resources. Every teacher carries out online teaching through QQ group, Wechat group, Tencent conference, Tencent Classroom or other platforms, to ensure that every student in the teaching class can fully integrate into the class.

Cheng Jiaying, a student from the School of Management, said, "The epidemic has disrupted our study plan, but we did not stop learning. Our study and campus life are still so orderly and wonderful due to the fact that the encouragement from our teachers are always together with us.
